Jamaica. And who can blame them? Even after my 20 years on this earth so far, I am still enthralled by the aspects of the culture that convey the uniqueness of this country and it’s people.
And what better aspect to explore than the food?
This blog aims to do just that, but with a bit of an entrepreneurial spin to it. Merging these two areas – Food and Business – will hopefully give myself and my readers a better level of understanding of how it works in Jamaica when it comes to starting a business that caters to one of our most basic needs: The need to EAT!
